<p>This research was conducted at SD Negeri 091543 Silakkidir. The population was all students in Grade V of SD Negeri 091543 Silakkidir. The sample of this research was 26 students in Grade V of SD Negeri 091543 Silakkidir. The data collection techniques used were tests and interviews in Grade V of SD Negeri 091543 Silakkidir. Based on the results of the research conducted by the researcher, (1) the description of students' abilities in understanding the material on animal life cycles was that students obtained an average score of 56.96 with low criteria. (2) Students' difficulties in understanding the material on animal life cycles were that students had difficulty understanding the material presented by the teacher, the explanation given by the teacher was not clear enough for students to understand so that students had difficulty understanding the material on animal life cycles, especially in understanding the material on perfect metamorphosis and imperfect metamorphosis. (3) Factors causing students' difficulties in understanding the material on animal life cycles were students' intelligence factors (level of intelligence), students' attitudes, students' talents, students' interests, and students' motivation, especially in understanding the material on animal life cycles.</p>Rosniwati Siregar

<p>Learning independence is a form of enthusiasm and behavior of students in the learning process that can improve student learning outcomes. Based on research conducted at SD Negeri 094159 Laras II that learning independence has a positive and significant effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 094159 Laras II. Data analysis was carried out with Microsoft Excel and the equation Y = 0.867 + 0.975X was obtained. Furthermore, the learning independence variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect partially on student learning outcomes with a calculated t value > t table (5.278> 1.697) and a sig value (3.228> 0.05).</p>Mega Ria Manurung

<p>The image media method needs to be applied to foster a spirit of learning and help students find ideas. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of image media on students' ability to write poetry in grade V of SDN 097326 Siranggitgit. Data collection techniques in this study were using poetry writing instruments and documentation. The population of this study was 20 students. This study used quantitative methods. Data analysis techniques used were validation tests, reliability tests, normality tests, difficulty tests, discrimination power and t tests. The results of data processing that have been carried out show positive results, meaning that the resulting influence is positive. The results of this study indicate that variable X1 (Image media) and variable X2 (Student writing ability) have a positive and significant influence on variable Y (Student learning outcomes) at SDN 097326 Siranggitgit. This can be seen from the results of the t test and homogeneity test that have been carried out, the t test results t count = 12,594 then searched for t table with (dk) = (n-1), dk = 20-1) = 19 at a significance level of 5% or α = 0.05, then from the t distribution table obtained the value of t (19) = 1.295 because t count> r table namely 12.67> 1.295 thus H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected so it can be concluded that there is an average difference between the learning outcomes of the pretest and posttest meaning there is an influence of image media on students' abilities in writing poetry. Based on the above data it can be done that the use of image media models has an effect on students' abilities in writing compared to learning without image media.</p>Romaida Karo-karoAlexander SamosirKhairunnisa Purba

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on student learning outcomes in the subject of science for grade V of UPTD SDN 122381 Pematang Siantar. The method in this study is a quantitative method with an experimental type, using a Pre-Experimental Design research design with the type of One Group Pretest and Posttest. The population in this study were all students of UPTD SDN 122381 Pematang Siantar, while the sample used was 22 grade V students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with two research variables, namely the independent variable (X) in the form of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and the dependent variable (Y) in the form of student learning outcomes. The data collection technique used is a test technique. The results of hypothesis testing using the t-test (Paired Sample t-test) with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. Based on the results of the calculation with the t-test, the calculated t value was 28.381 which was then compared with the t table of 2.048 at a significance level of 5%. The difference is said to be significant if the calculated t > t table. Because the calculated t (28.381) > t table (2.048), then H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on student learning outcomes in science subjects at UPTD SDN 122381 Pematang Siantar.</p>Eduardo SianturiAqnesya Sinaga

<p>This study aims to determine the level of teacher personality on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 094125 Boluk and its influence on learning outcomes. This study was conducted on September 30, 2023. The research method used is descriptive. The instrument used to measure teacher personality is a questionnaire consisting of 20 items. To determine the level of influence of teacher personality on learning outcomes, the Pearson correlation formula is used. From the calculation results obtained r count 0.689, which means the correlation value is strong/correlated. A significance test was carried out to test the hypothesis, namely by comparing the calculated t value with the t table. The calculated t value = 4.848 while the t table = 1.697. Because the calculated t ≥ t table (4.848 ≥ 1.697) then Hₐ is accepted and H₀ is rejected. Through the t test it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between teacher personality on learning outcomes.</p>Frincelindawati Butar-ButarEduardo Sianturi
