Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of teacher personality on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 094125 Boluk and its influence on learning outcomes. This study was conducted on September 30, 2023. The research method used is descriptive. The instrument used to measure teacher personality is a questionnaire consisting of 20 items. To determine the level of influence of teacher personality on learning outcomes, the Pearson correlation formula is used. From the calculation results obtained r count 0.689, which means the correlation value is strong/correlated. A significance test was carried out to test the hypothesis, namely by comparing the calculated t value with the t table. The calculated t value = 4.848 while the t table = 1.697. Because the calculated t ≥ t table (4.848 ≥ 1.697) then Hₐ is accepted and H₀ is rejected. Through the t test it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between teacher personality on learning outcomes.
